Reply:Clint Mansell, he does the music for Darren Aronofsky's films: Requiem for a Dream and The Fountain. Also, if you're into choral music, Eric Whitacre is the man
Reply:i like all of Danny Elfman's music in a lot of Tim Burton films.
Reply:Vivaldi's Four Seasons
Reply:The Bittersweet one
Reply:The begining of "Bittersweet Symphony" by The Verve has a beautiful string symphony sound.
I know its a bit cliche, but I love the music from Pirates of the Carribbean. We played it in band and it is just so fun.
Reply:I like Rossini Overtures
Reply:"Eleanor Rigby" by The Beatles has some great strings in it. Really dramatic. Also, the score for Edward Scissorhands by Danny Elfman is beautiful.
