well i havent been geting good sleep lately because i am really stressed out about school. i read this artical that said if you listent to soft music it will help you be relaxd. does anyone know what kinds of songs will help me

I recommend Enya by far. It's quite possibly the soothest music I've ever listened to in my life. I used it to calm me down when first driving alone and a few other times.
